What is this tool?

With this tool, you can generate nine-digit Social Security numbers completely at random using the SSN formula that was used before 2011.

The first three digits represent the state office issuing the SSN, the second two is the group number and the last four represent the serial number.

This tool also follows the rule for SSN's before 1965 concerning the use of odd and even group numbers.
